Buyer and Co-Buyer acknowledge by signing here, the right of the Seller (Dealer) to rescind this contract if Seller (Dealer) can not assign (sell this contract to a bank or other financial institution within ________ days (usually 10 days).  See the reverse of this contract for Rescission  Rights that Seller (Dealer) has  if Seller (Dealer)  is unable to assign this contract to a a bank or other financial institution.
