Representations of Buyer(s): This Seller (Dealer)  has relied on Buyer's representation regarding the Lease Balance/Pay off amount of the Vehicle the Seller (Dealer) has agreed to accept as a Trade-In Vehicle.  Buyers acknowledge and admit they have provided the Seller (Dealer) with the true and accurate payoff amount on the Buyer's Trade-In Vehicle.  Buyer's further agree that in the event the actual  payoff amount is higher than the amount listed on Line # 6.B as in the Section titled "ITEMIZATION OFTHE AMOUNT FINANCED, Buyer's will immediate pay the Seller (Dealer) the difference on demand.  Seller (Dealer) agrees to refund to Buyer's the difference is the payoff amount is less than the stated value.
